Melbourne – the place to be!
Melbourne is amazing for so many reasons; the abundance of delicious eateries, the well known fashion hubs, and the constant sport, art and lifestyle events throughout the year!
I can’t say no to a great event, and so I jump at the chance to support Melbourne’s events calendar. Here’s a recap of some of the fabulous events I attended recently.
Set in the picturesque Mornington Peninsula, the Portsea Polo is well worth the trip for a beautiful weekend away at the beach and a fun day out!
I celebrated a friend’s bachelorette in the Provincial Lounge where the food and drinks were fantastic and the polo views perfect. Another highlight of this event is the fashion, and lace playsuits, off the shoulder dresses and floppy hats were a must.
Fashion, Food and Fun, the Melbourne Cup Carnival is an event I look forward to every year!
In 2016 I attended the Chinese inspired Peter Rowland Marquee hosted within The Birdcage. The Marquee was fit out perfectly with everything from the décor, staff uniforms, serving-ware and menu infusing Chinese design and culture.
I was left spellbound at Oz Comic Con by the size of the event and the detailed costumes attendees wore! Everyone dressed to impress and enjoyed a day of Q&As, meeting their favourite TV stars and making their way through the maze of stalls.

Melbourne International Film Festival
It was crazy delicious food followed by inspirational films at Melbourne International Film Festival.
I loved every bite “Sex On The Beach” by Peter Rowland Catering at the “Foodies” screening, and the passion of three chef brothers from ‘Cooking Up A Tribute’ was brilliant to watch. A must see guys!
