Dare To Be Different With ry.com.au
After growing complacent in my makeup routine, ry.com.au (Recreate Yourself) gave me the push I needed to try something new. Getting inspired with some striking lipsticks, I was excited to get out of my comfort zone and try new looks!
Continuing with my latest Lime Crime Matte lipstick craze, I was thrilled to try Buffy, Red Velvet and Moonstone from the Velvetines range.
‘Buffy’ is a stunning nude brown. Played up with a dark eye or down with a simple bronzed look, Buffy is a perfect fit in my makeup bag!
Red is not usually my colour but I decided to go all out when trying Red Velvet! I had a play around with a casual tee look, a vampy goth look and glam it up with a red dress. I enjoyed finally trying a red again, looooong after my dance recital days and think this could be something I start wearing for special occasions.
Finally, I absolutely loved Moonstone! Although hard to wear on a daily basis it is such a fun, youthful colour, I’ll absolutely find a way to wear this number on a regular basis.
Time to branch out, step out of your comfort zone and try that new bright lippy, crazy hair colour or fab outfit. Dare to be different!
